- Check the quality of their design and implementation
- Final review & revision of work plans
- Final evaluation
- Acknowledgement of commitment & contributions to project
- Celebration of achievement
- Discussion of follow-up/exit strategy
- Collation of contributions to final report
- Dissemination activities and sustainability of the project – find ways of sharing the project’s results to other educational institutions
